Large master for rent
not usually home, I’d like to move my stuff to the main floor office room. It’s a house off of south Broadway. We have free parking, a free UMS ticket each year when you fill out the neighbor survey we recommend that you like music. In house laundry with a kitchen and dishwasher shared amongst the roomies. It’s fully furnished except the bedroom you’ll rent. Pet rent is twenty a month, we do have a cat already, he’s skidding at first but very friendly. The house was made in the ’s with no ac but if you have a window ac unit it works like a dream. There’s also a mud room, porch and extra storage in the basement. We also split utilities and wifi which is an extra hundred fifty a month, any move in day up to 3 months out would work well with me. The application fee is forty dollars.
