For a negotiable extra fee, the room can come fully furnished with a full-sized bed frame with a new mattress (only used 6 months and has had a protective cover on it the entire time), an elegant dresser, and a desk. The apartment features a sizable living room, a full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven and stove, and a balcony with mountain views. The apartment also features a full smart home system, including Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. There is also a pool, hot tub, gym, and clubhouse with a pool table on the property. Water and gas utilities typically are around twenty to twentyfive dollars a month depending on usage. All the stores and freeway access are super close by.Rent is ninehundredandthirtysix dollars per month with a two hundred and fifty dollar refundable security deposit. Lease is through June of twentytwentyfive.Remington is a very warm and laid-back guy – in addition to dance, he is passionate about the outdoors, enjoys video games, and meditation.
