The bedroom has hardwood floors and a large, double door closet in the upstairs part of the house. There are two windows, the largest looking out over the fenced back yard. Included is a full, private bathroom, extra closet space, an attached garage space and space for a small/medium sofa and a small TV in the front living room. I am open to a well-behaved dog or cat who doesn’t have a ton of energy. My yard does have a fence, but one side is only about 4 feet high.
