Washer and dryer are in unit. We are on the third floor but there is an elevator. Central heating and cooling as well. Pets are allowed but there is a pet rent fee. There is also parking for free on the street outside or you can pay for a garage spot through the landlords. We are about 3 blocks from the Belmont bus stop, so getting to and from lakeview and the blue line is very easy. I can get to O’Hare in about min on public transportation from my home.
