Gated parking in the back. Nice quiet neighborhood of mostly families. We have most living room & patio furniture, but our existing roomie may take some items so if you have some we can integrate it in! I personally love the spot.- The house: Large 3-bedroom home with cute front yard and spacious backyard featuring space for three of our cars (if you have a car). Lots of natural light, open floor plan, large kitchen, recessed lights, and hardwood floors. Washer, dryer, dishwater, garbage disposal, central AC and heat.👫 About Us: We are communicative and respectful of the space. We're pretty lowkey working professionals in our early s. Home can be empty most of the time since we are out and about type of people.
