We’re laid back, have no HOA, so I have some vehicles outside and I’m currently building a bridge in the backyard where most the land actually resides, where I will build an auto shop. Just to work on cars/trucks.. have a lift and all that. But anyway! We keep a tight ship but like to let loose some in the weekends.. I’m not against you having visitors, just make sure they’re respectful and comfortable! That all we really ask. We’ll be cool till you mess with my whole milk, yogurt, or lunch meats… and stay out of the garage and anybody’s room but your own unless that person invites you inside while they are present. Pretty normal rules. I’ve got cameras outside and a couple inside ONLY FOR YOUR AND MY PROTECTION. You’re welcome to any and all the video you want as well as control to the front door and the doorbell video cam. We don’t do drugs or drink massive amount of alcohol. So we do appreciate some respect in that regard when it comes to that stuff. I’m all for the hippie stuff.. but past that, no thank you!

Perfectly nestled between Cumming & Gainesville. South of Dawsonville.Forsyth County with Gainesville address. Cozy Room big window and nice closet. Shared bathroom stays super clean and our other roommate is a great guy that I’ve personally known for + years and keeps the house as well as the bathroom immaculate.. so no dirty people..lol I’m currently building a second shed for Jeff and you will have your own shed for storage as well. (The garage is off limits as I run a construction company and I’m pretty crazy about my tools..) Two other things to not play with… my milk, yogurt, protein, and frozen fruit.. past that, just ask and we’re usually pretty cool about sharing food and stuff. Just don’t be a freeloader and assume you’re going to just eat for free, you’ll be out pretty quickly as food is super expensive! Aside from that there’s no HOA and you can literally walk down to the lake from the house. There’s a ravine that leads down to it out back and I’ve already started building a bridge across it, where most of my land is… I’ll be building an auto shop back there and you’re welcome to use it if you’re into that kind of stuff, just ask first! I love animals but I’m allergic so no pets.. we plan on getting a house pet but not sure exactly which to get just yet. Ummmmmm… yea the house is super nice. We’re just two full time professionals trying to better ourselves and our lives one day at a time. If you’re into drugs or an alcoholic.. please save us the drama and the nightmare.. but if you enjoy fun drugs or can drink like an adult.. then on with it and share! It’s a small neighborhood, everybody kind of keeps to themselves, which I love. It’s a great location depending on where you work and what you do. I spend most my summers working but while I’m not working, I’m in the lake! And you’re more than welcome to join! Makes and females welcome! Just no overnight guests UNLESS “Ok’d” first and I’m cool with them in the weekends but please just be mindful!

I have 3 rooms available with a shared bathroom first come first serve! If you want pictures of the other rooms let me know as I am still in the process of cleaning them out for rent :). I have a large living room with open space kitchen that has all the cooking utensils needed. And a large fenced in back yard for dogs. I do have 3 dogs and a cat. So it is a pet friendly place. If you do have a pet they must be neutered/spayed, potty trained and kennel trained. If they are good with my dogs they can be outside with them. One room will have a twin bed in it and if you like that room and want to move in with your furniture and don't need the twin bed we can move it to a different room.
