Looking for a gal roommate to join me in my fully furnished non-smoking bath apartment unit in Westchase for the duration of my lease until April 1– if things go well I’d be happy to consider re-signing together! The second bed and bathroom that I have are fully furnished with a walk in closet. I’ll pay electric and cable, I really just need someone to pay rent. I’d ask for $ which is half the entire payment is usually about $ including charges for common room/hallway maintenance, water and valet trash services. I’d never ask you to do anything for them beyond the occasional snuggle— but no litter changing or feeding or anything like that.I have an in-unit washer and dryer, the complex has a gym, a few different pools, tennis courts and is about a minute drive from the loop and surrounded by great Viet and texmex restaurants!
