2 story house located near Junction Blvd in Roseville. The master bedroom is available upstairs with its own private bathroom, with 3 closets between the rooms. It does come furnished with a queen size bed, nightstand and small dresser. The house has a living room and family room downstairs, as well as a kitchen that was recently remodeled a couple of years ago. The backyard is fairly spacious and there is room for gardening or relaxation. Brand new washer and dryer was just installed on as well. There is a parking spot in the garage for an additional $ fee each month, otherwise there is plenty of street parking. The area is very safe and is very central to Roseville near a lot of shopping! The carpet was all just professionally cleaned and is ready for someone to move in! Ideally we are looking for a nice, quiet, professional couple or single person with no pets or children who are looking for a room with a lot of privacy. I work in Finance and I am gone until p.m. most nights since I am working if the stock market is open. I am a little introverted and just stay in my room in the evenings. We essentially bought a big house to eventually start a family in the future but for now, there is a lot of space we are just not using.There is one male roommate who will be moving in January and will occupy a bedroom upstairs across the hall and occupy the hallway bathroom, but he is a young professional and is gone most of the day for his job as well.
