There is also a furnished patio overlooking the marina. You'll only need to bring your own bedroom furniture.There is a washer and dryer inside the unit which is AMAZING. The kitchen has a dishwasher and plenty of storage for two people. The apartment complex has access to pools, a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, and a safe walkable area. We're about a minute walk or a 2 minute drive to the beach. My apartment is very cozy and peaceful, just the way I like it!
