Hi! 🙂My name's Amanda, and I'm interested in finding a large private room or a small studio. I would need to move in between December , with a lease until the end of May , or until the end of June .I'm a year old woman (cis, she/her). I have two cats (Kid and Charlie) who are incredibly sweet to people and don't damage anything, except for the very occasional enjoyment of knocking things off my dresser. Though I highly regret it, when they were babies + years ago, they were declawed. I bring that up so that you would know my cats wouldn't hurt anyone or anything. It would take time for them to adjust to any other pets though, but the worst they would do is hiss. They both have ESA papers. I would not be taking my cats into common areas, but only in my room and sometimes on leashes outside. I clean up after myself and my cats and will do my share of the chores, that we discuss prior to move-in. I don't do illegal drugs, don't smoke, and very rarely drink alcohol, but never at home.I'm a student in the Cabrillo College Nursing Program, graduating in May . My parents kindly help me financially during my nursing school semesters, and they plan to pay the rent and utilities for me, as they have been doing for my last two semesters. They would be happy to co-sign the lease. My parents both have credit scores in the s and make about $ per month.I'm a certified nursing assistant with great experience, and there are plenty of jobs available in my field of work, for if I do need to find a job, but my current focus is successfully finishing nursing school. My credit is over , and I can prove many years of consistently rent on time each monthly. I'm very focused on studying when at home or taking time to rest in my room. I'll be fully respecting everyone's individual space. I'm polite, respectful, direct, and would follow our lease agreement. Please let me know if you have any questions.
