Hello, I am coming from Turkey and planning to stay in Melbourne from February to August. I am looking for a place to rent on a monthly payment basis. I prefer not to have a long-term contract, as I plan to stay for at least 3 months, and after this initial 3-month period, I will decide whether to extend my stay up to 6 months depending on my situation.
