Hello everyone 👋🏽I’m a military veteran and a full-time student currently looking for a home for myself and my 1-year-old son. I’m hoping to move in by December .I have a stable monthly income between $, but I’ve had some challenges with credit, which has led to denials despite meeting income requirements. I do not have any prior evictions.Ideally, I’m looking for a bedroom home with rent under $. If possible, I’m hoping to find a place with no application fee, as funds are tight at the end of the month.I’m a responsible tenant and just trying to secure a safe, stable home for my son and myself.
