I smoke, never ever in condo, only out front, or on back lanai, overlooking the lake! The ideal candidate will be 1 person, no pets. The agreement and rules for the common areas will be applied to us both, and pretty much, drawn up together for living arrangements. A fantastic house cleaner, paid by me will be every other week, depending on her availability.Really great community here, with awesome neighbors! Full access to 2 pools from dusk to dawn. A full background check, with references, along with proof of income, will be required by myself and the association. All association rules will be followed by us both, at all times. Me : I’m very neat and clean.
