Rent is $ a month! You'd get your own bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a shared balcony! Utilities (trash, water, electricity, WiFi) are usually around $ a month, but we'd split them in half, so it'd be roughly $ each! There's also a shared parking spot and a small storage area included(in the parking lot area) !
