I'm a single (child-free) woman who is young at heart. I have a day job but describe myself as a 'creative', who has dabbled in different arts, from playing instruments, to photography, painting, embroidery, and now pottery. I don't have guests over often, and am more of an introvert. A typical workday for me would be coming back and cooking possibly, then watching TV or doing pottery in the basement. I have lived in this location for 7 years, and have had different roommates, most who have gone off to move out of state or move in with a significant other. I have a good relationship with the landlord as well. It's a great location because it's near Montclair but not nearly as expensive. It's also near the Parkway and a train that goes to NY Penn station. I do have a sweet, quiet young cat, and wouldn't mind someone with a cat that is friendly. I work a regular daytime job, and am looking for a roommate with a similar work schedule, someone who is not always working from home (this drives up energy costs.) The other woman that lives with me is in her twenties and has been here a couple of years.
