We just moved here about two weeks ago me and my brother, he’s . I have some things I need to go back to Alaska for and I’ll be there for a while. Hopefully trying someone who can take over my part of the lease so my brother is there by himself the rent split is plus electric but I’d take care of the electric for the first month. My brother doesn’t have friends yet just my two other cousins so he’d probably be over there a lot. He’s fun and adventurous and gets along with people very easily.
