Fun loving, respectable, honest and drama free housemate. Room for rent in Indian Land/Fort Mill- South Carolina. The room I have on offer is a single room with an attached bath. Utilities are included within the rent and if you’re interested you will be living with my other housemate and I. We both are working professionals who occasionally travel for work. The place is very clean and would expect that the new roommate treat my home the same way.
