All utilities covered except for electricity, (just don’t leave lights on all the time) Great amenities: pet friendly, free parking, pool, hot tub, sauna, tanning beds, study rooms, Amazon lockers, in unit laundry, gym, game room, and a dog park. It is a little pricey, but so is any other listing in Bozeman. For the price, you get a lot. Especially the plus side of how close it is to campus, saves a lot of money on gas. I also personally have been living here with my boyfriend and we split the rent and electricity, which helps a lot with affording it! If you are interested and have a bestie you want to move in with or a partner, this is a great option.
