Preferably looking for entire property to rent but would consider any options that have enough space. I have two dogs that have seperation anxiety when left alone which often leads to barking. This has been a big hurdle to me finding a place. I also have multiple children that would visit on holidays and weekends.

Have an empty room in the house I am in. We would share the bathroom, but I keep it clean and have put in the most wonderful shower. I am looking for a roomate. I keep a clean nice house and am generally a very nice easy going person. Price flat and includes all utilities and 1Gb high speed internet.Will be added to lease with myself. I am seeking a long-term rental property with bedrooms in the Kawartha area, available as soon as possible. Can anyone recommend any houses or apartments / landlords. I've sent out so many applications and even had "interviews?" but credit is not my strength as a tenant ( ). I have so many great references etc but I am having such a hard time. TIA.
