seeking a studio/separate unit
Tenant | Portland, OR, USA
A little bit about me. I just moved back to Portland after being away for almost 20 years. I just finished grad school with a degree in landscape architecture. I worked professionally in urban planning for about 10 years prior to grad school and now I am on a fresh start looking for a career in the field. I moved back to Portland in December of last year-Ive been subletting in Cully and landed a job as a carpenter in a small furniture studio. I just started the position in the new year. I come solo. No pets or partners. I am very easygoing and appreciate my quiet, but I would also consider myself outgoing, friendly, and community minded. Best, Caressa G

Prof. Couple looking to home share!
Tenant | Vancouver, WA, USA
We are a mid thirties professional couple looking to home share. Would prefer a basement, mother in law, private entrance or room + private bath for $ or less, We’ve been together over 2 years, have min. drama, clean, respectful, are tidy, enjoy cooking, music (we come w/ headphones LOL), work remotely in IT and Operations during the day and tend to pick up gig work in the evenings and on the weekends. We have no criminal history outside of traffic infractions, don’t party but our credit leaves a lot to be desired after falling on hard times. The ideal place will be calm, easy going, tidy and not mind having older kids visit occasionally over night, the odd hours of coming and going for work, events, kids activities etc.
