I am currently in a 1 bedroom. I have noticed that 2-3 bedroom places are cheaper per person overall. I thought I would give this a try. I am willing to pay more in rent than roommate if it means a nicer place.

I am looking for a private space (at least my own bed/bath) to rent long-term. I am quiet, clean, don’t smoke or vape and have no pets. I’d prefer if there is covered parking but not a deal breaker. I work more than full time hours and am always punctual with payment.

Hello I just moved here last week sounds crazy after the horrible tornado my prayers but to my defense I had been planning this move the last 3 months and I knew I couldn’t let anything stop my plans. I have my 11 year old son who is autistic very chill the most loving child ever he is my happiness brings me joy daily.
