Two rooms are available for rent in my well kept home. I work corporate IT as a profession and have two dogs, a Rottweiler and Shiba Inu, that are great with everyone. Rent is set at per month. Included in the rent price is the cost of all utilities (water, power, and internet). Commonly used items such as toilet paper, laundry detergent/dryer sheets, paper towels, dish soap, etc. will be readily available to you at no additional cost. I also plan to add a monthly cleaning service of common areas to avoid any potential conflicts with maintaining bathroom/kitchen cleanliness. The bathroom is also shared with a sink for each individual. Absolutely no drugs will be allowed in the house or on the property. Rooms are available to single individuals, no couples or children. Other than that, it is very relaxed here at the house. I like to cook on my smoker or in general every now and then and always make enough for everyone.
