I have a modern 3-bedroom 2 bath 1400 Sq ft apartment about 10 minutes south of the Mayo Clinic and close to shopping and restaurants. I am looking for a roommate to share the apartment. You would have the 15’ 8“ x 10’ 8“ bedroom with the en-suite bathroom. There is a bit of privacy between the bedrooms because the kitchen is situated between them. The 3rd bedroom could act as a guest room/office that we could share. It is a corner apartment and therefore is fairly quiet and has a lot of natural light. The apartment includes a good-sized laundry room and a walk-in kitchen pantry. So, there is a lot of storage. The apartment comes with numerous amenities, including a 24 hr gym, pet washing area, dog park, car washing station, large outdoor BBQ area, fire pits, outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, as well as a game room and clubhouse/party room.
