Or a couple can rent the whole side of the house for $ twelve hundred per mo. I pay $ fifteen hundred per mo. There is a privacy door if a couple rents. A dog may be accepted but we would have to discuss it and our dogs would need to meet! There would also be a non-refundable pet deposit. I babysit my niece and nephew often on Fri nights.
