Also, it is not too far from the strip, downtown Fremont, downtown Summerlin, and Chinatown. Monthly rent is including some utilities, trash, and wi-fi. Security deposit is required. I will run background check, and I will need a proof of income (paystubs). I am trying to run a good house. In general, I give you as much freedom as you like, as long as it does not affect the others in the house. The room is decent size, and is perfect for only one person. You can decorate the room how you want, but make sure it doesn’t mean repainting the walls! Posters are allowed as my two daughters have some in their own room. You can fully express yourself in that room, considering it’s yours. The room is not furnished, and comes with a bed and a closet for your clothes. My house does come with AC, and if you have a car, you can park it on the property or I have side parking that is completely optional you can choose from. When it comes to cleaning cars, do not wash it on property, please! It’s a huge increase on bills and we don’t want any burdens.

The one room in garage does have AC and private, okay for smokers in that room only. House has two refrigerators and plenty of cabinet space. Common areas are open to everyone. Each person should choose a laundry day. One tenant already in Primary.

This room has a beautiful view of the sunrise and early evening moon. A view of Spring mountains can be seen from the kitchen and dining area. Bathroom is shared with one other very clean and respectful person. Our household is quiet and cooperative. We try to make each other’s lives easier! Rent includes use of home including washer and dryer, and kitchen privileges. Water, sewer, internet and garbage collection are also included in the rent. In addition to central air conditioning, each bedroom has a window air conditioning unit to keep your space the temperature that you would like. There is a park adjacent to the back yard for exercise and socializing with friends and neighbors. We are also close to many shopping opportunities, including Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and Winco.
