I have been VERY blessed with very respectful roommates here. Everyone gets along and pitches in to keep things clean and moving smoothly. We are all from Southern California but did not know each other prior. Both current roommates passed background check and have been here without issue, since July 2025. About you: Must have Full time employment 40+ hrs per week outside of this house address 5 days per week. Must have a working vehicle. Must be clean, quiet and respectful. Can’t have any Violent Felonies or Evictions on record. Rules to consider: No pets ever, no kids ever, no visitors ever.
