Lots of 24/7 amenities- 15 second walk from your door to the clubhouse with tons of space, 2 levels of terraces, conference tables, booths and snack shop, I’ll take you on you on a tour! Pool w fountains and 10 cabanas and WiFi for relaxing, gym, covered/lit at night outdoor kitchen/wet bar/grill area with fireplace, extra seating and restrooms. Random food trucks, and free catered events with occasional DJs.You get your own dedicated gigabit internet port with 4ms latency for competitive gaming included, just electric split by 3, large bathroom would be shared with one other person. Living room furnished w sectional and large tv and 7.1 atmos surround sound. Kitchen has smart fridge w touchscreen, filtered water and led crystal art piece. The other roommates are 2 guys who keep really busy with work and are easy to get along with, fun, respectful, clean etc. And good with whatever! (roommates before liked golf, poker, guitar/piano, live game streaming) we’re also into music (mostly edm/ going to shows some weekends, and if you like hiphop or country that’s all good too!) also into working out, video games, movies, marvel/Star Wars, dbz, game of thrones, bunch of others.
