I am a 49 year old female looking to rent a room or preferably a basement, renting with another female(s). I am currently working part time as as chiropractors assistant and work early mornings 3-4 times a week. I also receive disability for a kidney disease. So I'm on a fixed, yet reliable income. I do come with a sweet kitty. She's very lovable with people, but other pets, not so much. I have a cockatiel bird too. I love all animals, but I'm afraid my cat doesn't have the same feelings.
