Hi! My job is relocating me to Peoria in September. I am a 28 year-old woman, and work with the USDA as a lab technician. I’m looking for a room or unit to rent, or a roommate to search with! I’m looking to move in early September with a budget of $900. I’m a friendly, easy-going roommate who likes to keep things clean and maintain communication with my roommates to make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe in our home. I prefer to live with another woman/fem-identifying roommate. I have a laid-back 11-year old male cat who is super friendly and sweet. He gets along with other cats as long as they have plenty of space in the house to spread out. I am happy to chat and hangout with my roommates, but also fully respect the need for privacy and time alone. On weekends I frequent the local farmer’s market, thrift stores, and try to get some laps in at the pool. I have a list of ever-growing hobbies, including embroidery, sewing, houseplants/gardening, and coffee… to name a few!
