I have two available rooms for rent. You get to decide which room you prefer. One of the rooms has a sliding glass door to access a small outdoor area. Both rooms are completely empty. You will have access to the entire home - kitchen, living room, garage, etc. I am usually only home between Tuesday-Thursday and rarely home on weekends as I’m out of town. Rent is $ with utilities included.

Single family home it’s a town house, only 3 people live in the home.
