My kitchen is fully equipped, I literally have everything so I can't really accommodate anything else. I just need a roommate who will respect my stuff and clean up after themselves. Me: Early s, professional, artist, and kind of a nerd. I work full time, I am very chill, don't party and I rarely have anyone over. My daughter does live with me, she is and is more of an adult than most adults. She is quiet, keeps to herself and you won't really see her much. I also have a small dog, not obnoxious, very well trained, sweet, and hypoallergenic (she doesn't shed). I am a very clean person; the way the apartment looks in the photos is how it always looks (except for the christmas decor). You: Clean, respectful, dependable, stable. No smokers (not even outside smokers), no pets or kids. Since I do have a daughter, I would prefer a female roommate but would consider a male roommate if it's the right fit. **This is a 1 year lease. We are years in age, lgbtq+ friendly, racial and ethnic background friendly, lifestyle friendly(except showering, please shower) but we are not a religious home. Smoking outside is okay unless it’s vaping which is okay indoors.(We take this highly serious due to a roommates serious medical condition) The chance of us all being around the same time is rare, but we are more than happy to spend time together when we can find the time.
