The room is decent size, and is perfect for only one person. You can decorate the room how you want, but make sure it doesn’t mean repainting the walls! Posters are allowed as my two daughters have some in their own room. You can fully express yourself in that room, considering it’s yours. The room is not furnished, and comes with a bed and a closet for your clothes. My house does come with AC, and if you have a car, you can park it on the property or I have side parking that is completely optional you can choose from. When it comes to cleaning cars, do not wash it on property, please! It’s a huge increase on bills and we don’t want any burdens.
