Hiii Lo! I’m 26 and i moved to clt in December! I’m currently looking for a new roomie to take over the remainder of the lease for my current roomie (the lease isn’t up until march next year). I live in a new 2bed/2bath updated apt in the mallard creek area (about 15 from uptown) in a very safe + clean complex with all the must need amenities! Living with dudes is fine, but I have little tolerance for bullshit. So if you're a dick, dont even bother hitting me up. Rent amount listed will cover all your costs. An application and admin fee will be due to the apartment complex for everyone interested. I dont have any control over that. Roommate will be listed as an allowed occupant unless you want to be on the lease and sign it with me. Internet is included in rent. I pay all the utilities.
