Lifestyle: The property is suited to be shared with a single person who balances work-live-play. I’ll need to verify continuous employment or source of income. The right housemate can use their own spaces and shared spaces in my house respectfully and for their intended purposes – this includes dining and entertaining. Possessing or being under the influence of, ‘party’ or hard drugs by you or your guest(s) on the property will result in immediate eviction. Smoking: Cigarettes, cannabis, vapes and diffusers can be smoked outside, and away from windows and doors. Drinking: Do so responsibly, and be accountable. Guests: Family and friends are important. Open communication, and mutual consideration should mitigate concerns about guests and gatherings. Dogs: #1 – your dog needs to get along with my two female dogs; #2 a thorough conversation about shared/mutual responsibility, accountability will take place. Cats: Not welcome.
