Looking to fill one bedroom with private bathroom. Bedroom features large closet and big window for natural lighting as well as programmable LEDs. Private bathroom is just down the hall, complete with two sinks and a large shower. Rent includes all utilities and wifi. House only has one other occupant, and two small dogs. One dog is immediately friendly, the other will take some time to warm up to you, but they are separated from the room and bathroom by a gate. Large driveway to park in and a very nice quiet neighborhood. Laundry machines in attached garage.
