Hi!I’m looking for an unfurnished room to rent or someone to team up with in San Clemente, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, Rancho Mission Viejo, Irvine •Budget is $1300 for rent•Available to move at the end of May/June 1st.•I’m a professional Tattoo Artist with a BFA in Drawing and Painting•My hobbies are sewing, painting, drawing, hiking, learning new skills, photographing landscapes, ect. I love nature and all kinds of animals.•I’m seeking a roommate who is easy going, reasonably clean, and loves animals. •I am cannabis friendly but I don’t smoke myself. •I’m 30 years old, have a great credit score, always pay rent on time, and can provide references from my current landlord who I have rented from for the past four years •I lived in SoCal for 6 years and went to college there, but moved back to Tucson in 2020. I want to move back to audit classes at my college, and I found a beautiful tattoo shop in San Clemente to work in!•I mostly keep to myself since I work so much, and have to continue working when I get home, but I am friendly! I am seeking a roommate that is similar/doesn’t need to hang out all the time. It would be cool to hang out occasionally though if we get along really well:)•I meal prep a lot so I am hoping to have a roomie that doesn’t mind me cooking often.•Things I am set on for a place to live: -washer and dryer in the unit or at least a laundry facility in the complex/on -no carpet (wood floors, vinyl or tile only please 🙏🏻 ) -pet friendly/dogs allowed -a private bedroom (I’m not looking to share a room). I don’t mind sharing a bathroom though! -a place to park (I don’t mind for a parking spot if needed)•About my pets: I have 2 small senior chihuahuas that are ESA animals. They like to sleep in their blankets most of the day. I have fostered above 6 dogs over the years, and have found that they get along best with smaller sized dogs, low energy dogs, and/or senior dogs.

I am a 21 year old full time college student and full time employee, so I don’t spend too much time at home. When I do, I like to put on a favorite movie and cook some comfort food🥘, do some yoga and meditation 🪷, or go on a little gardening walk🌳💨. I did have a cat but unfortunately he passed away a few weeks ago, so I will not be bringing any animals with me. I just recently had to make a rough decision regarding my living situation, since me and my ex partner will no longer be together when I move out.
