I have a private room and bathroom in a 4bed/3bath. All roommates are female students in their early 20s. The unit is furnished with in-unit laundry. The building has lots of amenities including a pool, gym, sauna, and sun deck! My rent is $1510/month + utilities and I am willing to pay the lease transfer fee ($500) for you! I’m moving to New York for grad school and do not need my apartment for the summer:)
