Responsible tenant seeking housing
Tenant | Dallas, TX, USA
Hello, my name is Liz, I am a 30 yr old Female, currently in Dallas to play music, looking for a sublease for the summer. I work at a sushi and hibachi restaurant as well, and am meticulously clean, on good terms with all my previous landlords, and timely with both payments and communication! I am looking for my own space, but will consider a shared living space, but only if there is a private bathroom. I do not smoke or do drugs but do drink occasionally and am only open to sharing a space with individuals that are generally healthy and responsible (like I don’t mind if others smoke, have people over a bunch, but if it’s like a party central or constant weed hangout, I’m out.) I practice music sometimes up to 8 hours a day, but am always respectful of quiet hours, or if you just needed a nap or something. I am hoping for pet friendly, as my friend is currently watching my clawless, 11 yr old, cat Chopin and I would love to have him join me, but can make arrangements if not possible. I also have a licensed and registered SERVICE dog (not ESA) named Yoda. Both are incredibly trained (even the cat is trained, not like a service dog but almost like a regular dog 😂) and cause no harm to the spaces we exist in. A 3 month rental is preferred, I am open to longer, but do not wish to commit to anything longer than 6 months. MOVE IN DATE DESIRED, MAY 1st but open to all options! Please reach out via messenger and I’ll respond through there 🥳
