We also keep the house regulated so AC runs 24/7. This should keep you comfortable. Our lot is extremely small, very small backyard so we prefer no pets as it's not suitable. Very large backyard with a hammock under the umbrella tree for a nice book & quite so you will realize you fell asleep. I suggest that you take a few minutes to take a look at the home, neighborhood along with everything you will see what is around the corner and just minutes away from where you want to go., had a Airbnb as a Super Host for 7yrs and was a Super Host in 5 months. 98% of my guests were traveling nurses & Drs. A large majority of them were regular guests who loved the home & location and I would do everything to ensure they were always going to have a beautiful and relaxing place to call home for several months & the majority would never stop returning or continue to extend their contract with their agency.
