Location location location! There's a washer and dryer downstairs, and room in the fridge as well as pantry space. This is a very safe and convenient neighborhood. Utilities, trash, and internet included. We also have hot water on demand and a whole house water filtration system. If you have your own bed you'd like to bring I'll give you a $150 credit on the first month. If not, you (or I) can choose one and get it set it for you before move-in. We have hot water on demand, a full home water filtration system and rent covers all utilities, internet and garbage. You'll have your own pantry space and room in the refrigerator. There is one sweet 6 pound cat that likes to be outside but he sleeps with me at night.

I work regular hours during the week so I'm not up late partying on weeknights and I don't throw massive house parties on weekends. I am looking for someone who is clean, considerate, easy to get along with, and pays their rent on time.
