I’m offering a private bedroom and bathroom in a 3 bed / 3 bath unit at The Scarlet in Lubbock. The apartment is on the second floor and comes fully furnished. Rent is $579/month, and with fees + utilities it comes out to about $665/month total. The room includes a bed frame and mattress I recommend getting your own mattress or a thick topper, along with a desk, chair, and nightstand. There are currently 2 roommates, one plans to move out this summer and has a small dog and cat, and the other’s plans are still unknown. Great location near Texas Tech, about a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bus ride to campus. Lease runs August 2026 to July 2027, and I will cover the relet fee.You can move in early starting May 20th, and the rest of May will be free.
