We are moving in August 17 We are searching for a roomy that does not drink, use drugs, that has no kids, and has a reliable professional job or something that is consistent and can show proof of income. We are not looking for a partier or anyone with legal or drama issues. If you cant put a toilet seat down dont bother. Smokers okay but no smoking inside the home. I’m looking for someone who is respectful, responsible, clean, and communicates well. This is a peaceful home, so I’m hoping to find someone who values a calm and comfortable living environment. A couple of notes: I have a Blue Heeler & a German Shepherd, so you’ll need to be comfortable around large dogs. Any roommate will also need to meet the property’s leasing requirements and be approved by the management company before moving in.
