Looking for a female or couples for our downstairs basement. Private room, own downstairs living space and private bathroom. Only shared space with us would be the large backyard and patio, laundry room and kitchen. We do have a roommate who rents one of the rooms downstairs but she is rarely home. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, mentally stable, quiet on weekdays and who is open to living with kids as we do have kids. We also have a dog and a cat. Animals and kids will not go downstairs besides the cat because his litter box is in the laundry room.

Upstairs room shared bathroom. Queen sized bed fits nicely in it. Rent includes utilities trash and wifi. Cleaning lady comes every 2 weeks to clean the common areas kitchen/bathrooms. This is also included in rent. NO PETS!! I have 4 cats so anymore would be too much! Non smokers preferred. LGBTQ friendly and safe. There is a non refundable deposit. I work nights so I answer at odd times. On street parking.
