There is also an extra storage closet directly outside the room that will be yours. There is a bathroom that will be primarily yours but also functions as a guest bathroom if company is over. Laundry in unit and a nice kitchen with mostly new appliances. I am a decently clean person and I ask that you keep the common areas clean within reason, a little clutter is ok, but no shoes allowed inside. I do not smoke but I am friendly and don’t care if you do as long as you do it on the patio (dry herb vapes and carts are fine inside). All races, ages, genders, sexualities are welcome. The pet rent is $ a month with a two pet limit, and there are dog breed restrictions. I have no pets and am happy to welcome any brought in so long as they are house trained.The building is clean and well maintained, with management conducting regular safety inspections each year. The bathroom has a stain on the ceiling that maintenence has cleared, and the unit occasionally carries a strong chemical smell from neighbors cleaning for those sensitive. The unit is also currently furnished, though applicants will need their own bedroom furnishings.Rent includes water and garbage, and applicants will be required to pay for half of utilities. There’s a huge open unfinished basement with a couple rugs, an old bar and a washing machine and dryer. I’d be willing to rent it out for $ each to no more than two people. There’s a small crawl space attached also. I could put some furniture and a couple more carpets down there to make it more cozy. The moving fee will only apply if I have to bring large furniture downstairs and set it up. Because one of the washer and dryer sets is down in the basement, other roommates will occasionally need to come down to the basement. I will expect them to respect your privacy and knock to let you know before they come downstairs. It’s all about respect and I expect each of my tenants/roommates to respect each other‘s boundaries and privacy. The rent is same amount as the security deposit. Parking is free.
