Hi! My husband and I just bought a house in Taylor in a nice neighborhood. We are very easy going people and very clean. It’s a 4 bd room house with two full bath. Our fourth room is what’s available. Currently, we are redoing all the floors from carpet to a lighter wood looking lvp so I’m sorry I only have pictures of the undone house- how it looked when we bought it. And also giving almost everything a fresh coat of paint amongst some other small things before we move in. So move in date will not be until the first week in November, I just want to get this post up early. Room is available for any type of females only please.

Some other things please read:

-Woman only, sorry that’s all I as a woman myself feel comfortable with
living with
- Ten foot by twelve ft room with large closet
-Downstairs bathroom is yours
for your bathroom storage things.
-we have washer/dryer
-dishwasher
-high speed internet
-if you want there’s a full bed frame that was left from the previous owners you can use
-we have a cat and a dog that are both very sweet and non aggressive
