The house is still practically new, so you wont find a single stain on the carpets or markings on the walls. The house is always smelling good, and will prefer it stays that way! Hartsfield airport is about minutes away (convenient for traveling nurses & other professions that are always in the air/on the road). Recent proof of income required, keep the visitors to a minimum (no parties or kickbacks), smokers (whether gas or cigs) keep it in the back “patio”, that’s your business. Payments MUST be made weekly (in order to avoid rental laws; that way evictions are quick and not requiring court intervention).Couples pay extra and NO CHILDREN will be allowed to stay overnight (short visits are fine); reason for that is to respect everyone’s quiet time and sleep schedules.
