Looking for one roommate in a 3 bedroom and 2 and half bathroom town house in Waterford lakes. The room will be emptied so will come unfinished but the house comes furnished with washer and dryer and living furniture. The rent is 700 a month plus utilities which averages about 70-95$ split between the three of us. (There is me and one other roommate living here we are both female and she has a little tiny dog that’s less than 15 pounds but mostly the dog stays in her room) I'm looking for someone to sign a 12 month lease.
