However, there is an additional bathroom downstairs with a walk-in shower that no one uses. The laundry room is also upstairs near all of the rooms. The kitchen has all pots, pans, dishes, appliances, seasonings, etc. that you can need, you are welcome to use them. There are two living rooms with sectionals, one with a 77" TV, one with a 65" TV. I do also have three cats - two 8mo olds and a 4 yo, all girls. It is a family neighborhood with a middle school a few minute walk away that has a full track and basketball courts. WIFI + all utilities included. Deposit is one month rent and is refundable.
