About 30 minutes to downtown. 30 minutes to Manhattan beach and Marina Del Rey. Easy free parking downstairs for your guests. Managment is very nice and will work on getting you approved even if you have bad credit. We have a nice living room set up with couch and also a nice kitchen area with nice dishes.
