Lived in Dana Point for 20 years and am looking for a place to stay for a while before buying

Hello! I am looking for a fun and friendly roommate who is willing to let me rent one of their rooms! I am a 21 year old full time college student and full time employee, so I don’t spend too much time at home. When I do, I like to put on a favorite movie and cook some comfort food🥘, do some yoga and meditation 🪷, or go on a little gardening walk🌳💨. I did have a cat but unfortunately he passed away a few weeks ago, so I will not be bringing any animals with me. I enjoy upkeeping a tidy living space and don’t mink picking up for others:) I am a reliable and trustworthy roommate and I don’t mind helping provide transportation or help out in any other way! I am an openly bisexual male, I would generally prefer to have female roommates, since I can definitely be more of a girls girl💅 but anyone who is willing to let me live with them would be fantastic! I just recently had to make a rough decision regarding my living situation, since me and my ex partner will no longer be together when I move out. So anyone who is willing to work with me is genuinely saving me from having to move back home to Virginia and I do not want to do that so I thank you very very much🙏🏼 I have a clean record, not a criminal or anything like that! The worst thing going for me right now is my credit because I have such short credit history and my identity was stolen a few years ago, but I am working on fixing that right now.
